Southeast Asian benchmarks were also mostly lower but the Shanghai Composite Index in mainland China gained 1.5 percent to 5,023.10.ENERGY: As traders awaited the latest decision to OPEC, benchmark U.S. crude rose 50 cents to $58.50 a barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange. OPEC is expected to keep its production unchanged at 30 million barrels a day.
